I don't know if the images look as mouth-watering and scrumptious as the cake but I baked a light and spongy chocolate cake (not too sweet)! And I got two tubs of not too sweet strawberries but had to make do with what was available - so decided to use mascarpone, low fat cream and icing sugar with the berries for the layer inside and the frosting!

P.S: Just added some edited pics to show how some pics are just not great - so lighting and background is really important while taking pics... and bad pics cannot be fixed in any software!
